Very Special Kids

Very Special Kids is a unique organisation that supports families throughout their experience of caring for children with life-threatening illnesses, from diagnosis through to recovery or bereavement. Such illnesses include cancer, muscular dystrophy, neuro-degenerative and genetic conditions and rare syndromes. Sadly, many of the children will not reach adulthood. Very Special Kids provides physical, emotional, social and spiritual support.

Ladder

Ladder was created by the AFL Players Association and AFL Foundation in 2007 to address the issue of youth homelessness across Australia. Ladder aims to provide programs that will give hope, inspiration and improve lives of homeless young people by tapping into the resources, passion and commitment of the AFL and the players themselves.
